    Rack taken so I pressed first. Overshot CGBP 8@6, 75 was 7, 87 was solid @8.
    Squat, video from behind on floor, looked questionable, but looking at the side mirror, I'm low. ?? Wider stance yielded easier depth on backoffs. We shall see.

    B2,W3,D3 Shit. Hurt my left knee getting tight for bench press. Hurt when I bend it and the angle from ankle to hip is less than 90

    I hogged the rack today for squats – sorry, guy who had to press seated on a bench! (they expanded the gym and now have a 20x30 ft purple rug area with nothing but a ski erg and a couple other ergs on the perimeter; sometimes you see a trainer put a person with a chair or two in the center and have them sit down and get up. Ugh.
    I may have a two week hiatus as I will be visiting elsewhere and not sure I'll find a gym (I may become a professional visitor).

    Found a nice little gym - w/two bars, but no bench setup except the power rack. One guy squatting 135, second guy DLing 95 or so w/other bar - who finally starts stripping it; so I politely asked for it.

    As if I'm a small child: "Are you sure you want it? THIS one weighs 45 pounds!" "Yes, that's fine" - then got stared at warming up w/45's. Squatting guy stripped his bar just as I switched to bench, so golden.
