    TNG Bench
130x1 @8,8.5 (spotter said easy, felt pretty good), 105x5x5s (was too much last week this week was ok)
Floor Press 95x6x3s @8 could've gone heavier, but working in w a guy pressing in the rack.
Chiro last night, makes my low back sorer. Ugh. Two week taper and then, I guess, continuing.
Book of the moment: Tough (Greg Everett, its on Amazon). Enjoying it, recommend.

One could have made a pretty penny on that bet with the bookies.

Me last night waking everyone up yelling: "do you KNOW what the odds were on the habs? WHY didn't I bet??"
I guess I'm the only Habs fan, although my jerseys are long gone.

Yesterday I cut palm trees. PITA and ouch.
Tomorrow I'll train and from there I'm not sure what to do.

Have been coming along ok on bench, press, even DL seems to be coming along - just squat, really - not sure if chiro screwing w/my back every week is part of it, I cut my volume and a training day, still having trouble progressing on squat w/heavier weights.

    Vero for heavy singles.

Back is def “out” atm... I’ll ask the Chiro to stop messing w it, right knee leg foot all hurting.
Hit 175 squat, glanced up the whole gym is stopped staring. WTH? Left it. Comp bench 120 and that felt off.
    No deadlift.

Now I really don’t know what to do. I guess starting from scratch again.

I wish I had enough experience to offer advice. I don’t.
I’ll offer encouragement, hang in there. Your log has kept me going at times.

7_2_2021 Happy birthday in heaven, Nan.
Something going on w/hip>right adductor>right knee>down to sole of that foot, IDK something seems to be pulling on the back of my knee, hard to do right leg bent pigeon anymore; skipped Chiro since it was fine til that started. Been getting 8-9 hours of sleep.
HBBS 100x6x3s warmups were painful, weighted not so much. All the way down; will play w/foot position to alleviate discomfort if possible.
    CGBP 70x6x4s
    RDL 100x8, 115x8
    Hung from back extension machine.

Will be starting new, hypertrophy for 6-8 weeks before going back to more strength-focused; This week's sessions will show where I'm at, and how the knee etc. holds up. I think I am just too old.
