TNG Bench 130x1 @8,8.5 (spotter said easy, felt pretty good), 105x5x5s (was too much last week this week was ok)
Floor Press 95x6x3s @8 could've gone heavier, but working in w a guy pressing in the rack.
Chiro last night, makes my low back sorer. Ugh. Two week taper and then, I guess, continuing.
