All kidding aside, this feels to me like someone going after you because they see you are strong, and stereotyping you.
I hate it for you and others but it's just another reason to have a good home gym.

Charlocity2 are there any problems like that at ABB?

I am a slightly overweight OLD LADY; I don't even LOOK like I lift (maybe I look like I eat small children? ) . I did C&J while waiting for one of 3 racks to open so as not to have to drag SSB to the shittiest flimsiest rack there...I'd never dream of asking people (even those who are clearly finished and just talking before they leave) to get out of a rack. Instead I dragged the ssb cross-gym and used the flimsy. Maybe I SHOULD have been a bitch.
Wonder what my chances of practicing snatch tomorrow will be, back seems pretty good right now.

No, sir. There is a well-established culture of customs and courtesies.

If you wore that shirt, I think it would be ironic, not literal.

For snatch reference, hope to do some drills Monday, also have max bench attempt next week, so we'll have to see.
I hope I don't scare anyone. I hope I'll be doing it again - but less shitty; LOVE this lift, so fun.

Easy row, 5010 in 30 min 24 spm. Out of shape, I guess.

Beginners Guide to Clean & Jerk with Meg Squats | JTSstrength.com - YouTube
TODAY, I squatted next to the girl trainer. She asked me to give tips, advice on her c&j. She was pulling the bar straight up to shoulders all one speed a foot from her body then jerking. I showed her to pull her knees back, it goes up your leg and you keep it close with your lats, your shoulders are still a tiny bit over and the bar is on the upper thigh - THEN you explode. I showed her my video snatching 110#. I'm not sure she believed me, didn't incorporate any of it; worked up to light weight her way. But could probably do 110-125 the correct way.
All of which is in the above video; so many people doing it wrong, or trying to learn and trying to "jump" - at the wrong time. There's a timing to it. This is another good video, for myself as well.
No more "teaching" for me; who the hell am I? MY 1st coach just said "ALLl wrong!" maybe folks NEED to agonize and work for 2 years like I did before a coach straightened my ass out.

    Week 16 Day 1
    Comp Squat (set a 3rm)
170x3 @9.5 Low drama lift, pretty easy considering I got 5 hours last night. Wanted this last week, when 162 felt heavy...this week it was there and easily doable. IDK anymore, maybe Chadbot knows.
    140x3x3s @7
    Press (70-75#)
75x2 @10 missed the third, app said, that's all for today. 70 last week was so easy.
    Pause BK DL (200-210)
    205x2x2s @8, 8.5
    Leg Press (3x6-8 @2RIR)
    160x7, x6, x6 @2RIR
    Vup (3x8-10 2-3 RIR)
    BWx12,x10,x9 @2RIR

    Week 16 Day 2
    Comp Bench
    (set a 3rm) 115x3 @10
Felt like @10, looked easier on video - it FELT frozen for like, 8 seconds before it went up/locking it out. Maybe I'm a Leo. Or a Pussy.
Nothing is a lifetime PR per se, but I AM 12-17# lighter than I used to be.
Need a better pause on the last rep; I considered the Lil' Rascals gluey diaper trick but did ok keeping my hiney down today.
    105x3x4s @8, 8, 8.5, 8.5
    Comp Squat (technique) (95-135#) 135x3x2s @6.5
Considering posting these in the technique forum to see how I can get tighter, first set too low, second set was probably ok...
    Pendlay Row (3x10-12 @2RIR) 85x11,x10,x10 @2RIR
    DB Incline Bench (3x10-12 @2RIR) 35sx10, x8 @2RIR, 30sx10 @2RIR
    Tricep Pushdown (3x8-10 @2RIR) 35x10x3s @2RIR (with a pause)
    superset with
    Iso Hold Hammer Curl (3x10-12 @2RIR) 15sx10x3s @2RIR

Slept 9-10 hours last night, after an epsom salt bath (IDC about medical evidence it feels good), lacrosse balls + stretching, and a shot of Jack Daniels.
The dumbbell incline 30 is too light 35 is a lil heavy esp. after a max - my shoulders, the wonky right one didn't care for them.
Otherwise, the weights were THERE today, so I TOOK it.
