    CYCLE 16, WEEK 2, DAY 2 12_30_17 Saturday
    Ah the holidays. Its 3 degrees and snowing. At home (weird weights, 1950s concrete bumpy basement floor, trying to get a picadillo going between sets, and no lat pulldown machine). Chiro last night, put the rib back and put my neck and low back in line. I felt great after.
    SQUAT HEAVY TRIPLES 179.368#/3 (3) Hard.
    Power Clean 88#/2 (5), 90#/2 (3) I videoed; form has backslid some, not enough lat/back tightness pulling the bar in to me.
    BB Row Rip/Niki way. 90#/5 (5 or 6)
    Curls 55#/10 (3) (used momentum on reps 6+; I didnt have 50#).

    CYCLE 16, WEEK 2, DAY 3 12_31_17 Sunday. Last session of the year. My son called to say my grandson really wants to play ice hockey. Like mother like son, like Granny like grandson, I love it! <3 Sent pics/vids of him at open skate, highlight of my holidays; we'll see, he wants to play net.

    Incline Bench 80#/10, 80#/8, 80#/8
    2018 goals, IDK, what is possible for older ladies? I'd like to squat 2 wheels, bench 135#, DL over 250, Press over 100. Without hurting myself.

    CYCLE 16, WEEK 3, DAY 1 SNOW!! Got to the office an hour early, everyone else took the day off. Got to the gym an hour early, only to be informed its closing early. It was only 3" of snow....
    OHP Heavy Singles 95# (3) quickest warmups ever for this and CGBP
    CGBP 103#/8, 8, 8 (+1# from last time, gym closing and screw the snow, to fit 3 sets I had 3 min rest instead of 5, huge diff - ? - my left hamstring cramped and screaming after first 5 reps
    Triceps HOME (kilos & not the right amount)
    LTE 55#/6 (too heavy!) + 44#/6. 44#/10 (2) Kinda shot after the 55#.

    CYCLE 16, WEEK 3, DAY 2 1_6_18 Saturday neck stinger & feeling tired/crappy.
    SQUAT HEAVY SINGLES 200# (3) Never done more than 1 single. Fairly easy other than making noise trying to KEEP back tight 3/4 way up (No fucks given). Legs felt fine.
    No powercleans today because early am, noise.
    Seated Widegrip Lat Pulldown 90#/10, 80#/10, 80#/10
    Standing straight arm pressdown 60#/10, 50#+40#+30#/5 2x.
    Seated Close Grip Row 60#/10 (3)
    Bent Barbell Row 95#/5 (3)
    Curls 50#/10, 40#/10 stopped because all the bars were taken
    Supposed to add cardio but haven't been able to with early closings. Tomorrow I want to try for 130# bench singles, but it may be overreaching. Felt the same about squats today. if Im going to fail might as well fail big; guess Ill go by feel.

    first rep easily spotter said too easy; 2nd rep had to grind (girl trainer spotted, she's good), grind w/3rd. 3rd iffy bc that SPOTTER REFUSED TO NOT TOUCH THE BAR. I tell each one IF it goes DOWN.... I mean, its a weight I can clean & jerk, I wont DROP it, but it could hurt me if I lower on my neck - that's what the spotters there for

    Not enough sleep last 2 nights; last night 4-5 hrs.

    OHP HEAVY 5's 82#/5 (3) FINALLY & fairly easy; from the rack, as taught by SS coach - woo!!!

    Triceps LTE 55#/10, 50#/7, 50#+45#/5+5, 45#/7 (straight bar)
    STE 25#/10, 8, 8
    Cable PD w/Rope 60#/10, 50#/10, 50+40#/5+6, 50+40+30+20#/7+7+6+5
    seriously tired, hangry & ouchiel lats/tris.
