Sorry to read about your knee issues. Do you know what the "lumps" are...are they cysts?

    Congrats on the new grandson!

    thank you both.
No I am not really sure what they are; I will say the Saturday and Sunday I did - NOTHING. And this am the knee pain was mostly gone as well as behind the knee.
IDK if its a joint reaction to the squats, or maybe not having done GHR for a while and doing back raises on it...or all the stairs at my daughter's running after my 3.5yo granddaughter.

    PEAKING

    Week 26, D1
    Comp Squat
    (single at 180-185)
    185x1 @9 Well, well, well....if it isn't my old 5RM.
160x2x6s (supposed to be 5 sets, duh)
DB Lateral Raise (7-8 RPE) 15'sx5x3s @RPE8 next time doing 10s, could barely do the "pitcher pour" at the top
    Bentover Rows (7-8 RPE) 75#x7x2s @7.5 RPE
    Leg Press (3 RIR) 140x7x3s @3RIR
Hanging Leg Raise (2-3 RIR) BWx8x3s @3RIR (idk if i'll feel this in my abs, if not back to V-ups)
Completely surprised, thought I might be DOA after not training since last Tuesday.
Really happy with the depth on the 185 - not as 'too deep' as usual. Right shoulder is still hurting I'm not sure if squats are bothering it.
Probably have have been overshooting on deload weeks; another baby will disrupt training next Monday.

Tendonopathy persists; I benched, was very careful not to collapse my upper body/lose my tight, very careful with touchpoint correct place. Pretty painfree. Tried 120, with spotter to whom I explained shoulder issue (he said, maybe you're lifting too much weight) .... and now I'll never know, bc he grabbed the bar without letting me grind at all. I put 115 @10 into the app, didn't trust the shoulder with another attempt. Six months of this, 140 is not going to happen in 3 weeks. Shit.
    Week 26, D2
Comp Bench (single at 120) 120x??? (I put 115x1 @10 in the app)
100x2x5s @8 (these felt pretty good, chest felt great and no shoulder pain, but my shoulders hurt afterward....)
    DB Pullovers (3 RIR) 20x10, 25x10, 30x10 @3RIR
    DB Press (3 RIR) 15sx10 @LOL, 20sx8, x7 @3RIR
    LTE (3RIR) 35x10x3s @3RIR
    Hammer Curls (3RIR) 15sx10x3s @3RIR

When I had elbow Tendinopathy Dr. Sullivan recommended lower reps and volume. Sets of 1-2reps with heavyish weight...just lower volume and lower reps. The question was originally for shoulder Tendinopathy. He said it worked for both and it did. I now drop volume if I feel the elbow even slightly acting up. Sets of 5 tend to aggravate it. Mine put me back 4 to 6 months and that sux. I hope it clears up for you.

Holy Pullover DOMS Batman!! Probably need to do more of those.

    Week 26 (peak week 1), D3
    Comp DL
(240-245) yeah, no not after wonky back, chiro/missed sessions... 220x1 @8.5
4 singles at 190 @7RPE (Ken worked in with me, not bad - he says he "can't" DL bc his back always hurts - I gave him xmas cookies for DL fuel)
Comp Bench (100-105) 100x3x3s @8, 8.5,8.5 - supposed to be 4 sets, dropped the last one would be too much
    Good Morning 75x5x2s @7RPE
    Back Raise 20#x10x9x8 @3RIR
Shoulder felt pretty good the last two days, pullovers?? IDK I may be too old to bench, since my left shoulder is also getting cranky/sore. Been doing this for years, it never happened like this before Menopause. I was very careful with touchpoint and staying tight today.

I have another training week, a taper, then a test day Jan 8. After that, who knows what I will/can do (and just like that! it was over, I was old!!)

Lately I am feeling a tug - church concert (granddaughter was in it), found a homemade cross necklace on the floor of the gym, rainbow during my grandson's birth, flood warning and a very large rainbow last week... heaven must have a plan for us. ?

I gave out cookies today at the gym for holidays; also saved a young man on decline bench (he tried another set I knew he was not gonna make by speed of his last set; so I while he was struggling to lockout a rep I jumped and asked, need a spot? Yes please. I racked for him.)

    I guess that's weird. That's me.

    Happy Holidays everyone.
