Totally off the cuff random today, my friend who was pulled into the hang gang told me he'd been doing so well with squats and deadlifts (he had been I watched) and stopped; but the other hangers told him "hanging" will actually build the tendon/ligament, build strength and muscle in the tendon/ligament.
