    Still with the back/left hip issue; I dont think its a glute. It feels better when I move and get some blood flow, it hurts more when sitting.
    Not much hope for bench today because I've been taking it easy, shoulder feels better, and I took down my first popcorn ceiling yesterday, very small 12x12 room but by evening my right trap had a permanent pump. Also scraped the knockdown off the walls. But not too bad this am; keep reminding myself its week one of the block, will be ramping over next 2 wks.

    I think I found the answer to what I've been struggling with, with the abortion arguments. I guess it really is grace.
    Started a new job, made the hiring freeze cutoff after all. Major box chain, hardware - outside garden. I hope I'm strong enough.


    I have no idea what is wrong with my back/hip. SI? Around to the front, IDK if its an abdominal issue, SI or what. It hurt to low bar today but HBBS was ok.

    A few years back, I experienced something that seems similar to what you're describing. Discomfort in my back/hip when hinging at the hip, and a dull pain that felt like it was located deep into the abdomen.

    I saw a RMT about it and the issue turned out to be a tight QL (a muscle I didn't even know I had). The RMT loosened it and the structures around it (awkward!) in one treatment. I was back to normal two days later and the issue never reappeared.

    Tks for that. Iíve felt very ungrounded. Itís me and my sister - the other side is my mom my Brothers and silís; they ask my mom are we still crazy. Are we fox-watchers.     C2 Erg 30 minutes yesterday.
    She tried again.blah blah gas prices. I said here are all his policies; tell me what effect each one had, reactions to them, and why it is sooo good. Comes back with, Biden's policies against the fossil fuel industry have nothing to do with gas prices, and here is an article that says none of it is Biden's fault.

    I said, you're doing the same thing, and asked so you think the policies are all good? Yes - they are all good - except not the best timing with pandemic and war; your stance seems to have morphed to the recession & gas prices IS his fault due to policies. But they are GOOD policies, just mistimed.

    Full circle: Not his fault! > policies are necessary! > policies are good! > policies caused price increases etc due to timing with pandemic/war! > but not his fault!

    whelp, made $2 in tips carrying and loading mulch yesterday.
    90į sun and humidity doing physical work is no damn joke; gotta laugh at the people with teachers/[insert desk job] have it so hard - have never done a hard day's work in their live; try being an ironwork! But who am I to say.
    Work today then will try to do day 2 of training. I hope I don't have a heart attack. I may shift it to off days if I ever get a day off... or try to get in at 6am to train before work, IDK. DL max on Friday, what are the chances?

    Testing me at work to see can I load a pickup with topsoil bags. Sure; the bags aren't that heavy as long as the stuff's not wet.
