    I'm learning that ALL other people consider little things, eh, so what. Not big enough to worry about. I am the only one I know who is just too judgmental (or something weird was ingrained in me growing up.)

    I had my first theft today; they train us in procedures and I followed them. Some rich asshole in a new Mercedes stealing, get this, $4 bags of mulch. really?? I happened to get the license plate because I followed the procedure they give us.

    Mycoworker was like, eh, so what.

    starting strength coach development program
    W4 D1 After work yesterday, loading 30 bags of mulch, consolidating pallets, etc. Why do the people want the stuff loaded so high? 5 bags of mulch, truck bed- there's a divider so I have the back third of the bed, over the tailgate, the guy wants it stacked 5 bags high (and, I did it). Upper body training is paying off for me there; I'm not equal or even near to men's strength and never will be (that is a huge fallacy), but I've noticed I can pile high overhead easier than some of them (granted we are all 60's).

    Incline, not done in a while; I wish at times I had someone who knew me, or a training partner, who would say, its just a bad misgroove, reset and get that last rep you got it. I didn't realize that til after I looked at the video (it is on IG).

    Ladies near 60 at gym all trying to be cute and skinny. IDC if I look overweight, I'm 62 years old who is gonna look at me? I want to be able to kick the shit out of people, or put up a decent fight if push comes to shove and I'm forced to; I guess that's bad but maybe not looking like a string bean pushover is for the good?
