    Miniblock 2 - Session 3 HYPERTROPHY 11_12_22 (late pm while working at gym)
    And a trainer told me I should stop & reset my back every rep; because TNG-ish I won't gain any strength at all - I chose that w/a butt squeeze at the top because I would have run out of time, plus hypertrophy loads - I have no trouble setting my back at 170.
    Later I thought, isn't it still more time under tension with the deficit?
    IDK but I was fucking dead at work Sunday; another many many lift day.

    11_13_22 Sunday, many many many lifts. Rocks. So many people with surgery or bad backs. completely dead today.

    11_14_22 Monday Much better day, since I slept better the night before. Still some lifts, I'm just still too tired from DL to train.

    I just cut some sets. The fatigue, depending. Doesn't make much sense to try to track, I can only do what I can do atm. Every time I train even this little bit, I am just exhausted.

    I got a tweet two days ago about the CO shooting with "non democrats" vilified, saying its due to non-democrats attacks - and it is my fault (for not being a liberal). Done addressing this bullshit.

    I have come to realize if I have any questions or doubts or difference of opinion it will always be deemed an act of violence, always mean I'm a nazi, I'm dumb, I'm a MAGA ultra, I'm a hate monger, I'm harmful to society, an election denier, that which must be eliminated, and not a real woman (because real women know Pelosi is the greatest leader of our time, we need more like her! - yes I threw up a little in my mouth typing that) - and these labels/accusations will be flung well BEFORE any "facts" about any event are even KNOWN. Idk how the liberals don't SEE what they're doing. I'm kinda done. Except then I wonder what happens when all the questioning people are done? I read an article 'Schumer says the unspoken' the other day. Younger people don't have the past as a reference so they are wanting No one understands.

    Skipped session 3. Deadlifts! babysat til late so work on no sleep yesterday.

    Today plant lady 7 am - pm, a tractor trailer w 465 Douglas Firs shows up. unloaded w two others one my age one 10yrs older - I was due to go home but stayed. People ask do we have young persons? Yes. We do. But we are the ones w the work ethic go figure. Only took 3 hrs.

    I am pretty toast and treating myself to a cold Sam Adams and later epsom salt bath. I wish I had Jameson black barrel for the bath. Maybe Santa.

    Id say it was a good workout.

    Im chain saw certified now.
