    6_2_18 Saturday Back! Trained squat but lighter than I could do. Also, I slowed my presses way down instead of the rushed rebounding I was doing trying not to have to, well, breathe &, took them from the rack...got all my reps w/the last two reps of the last 2 sets resting at the bottom & 2.0 (I did it, I wouldn't say I'm adept at it, but it worked. Thanks to coach Petrizzo re-teaching me 2.0). 2 hr chiro after this fixed everything up.

    6_3_18 Sunday Tired!!! Stayed up for the playoffs, my BP is still 110/65. for deficit DL stood on two plates in Romaleos (I always pull in Romaleos). Bench, the peep who told me do half reps to get stronger were benching...singles at 125, 130, then 140 - all about 10"-12" off the chest and grinding. I have yet to see them do full reps, I can't help but wonder how strong they are (well, other than stronger than me but that's most people).

    6_5_18 Tuesday squats felt easier; surprised it wasn't 9 but I didn't push it, today I think I probably COULD push it. CGBP last set a 9. Either I've been slacking or gotten somewhat stronger. All presses from a dead stop (this is MUCH harder than my wild crazy fast rebounding), last rep/last set w/ 2.0.

    6_7_18 Thursday ok. Last two days my erector set has been very sore, probably deficit deads + sleeping in a strange position.
    my 1ct bench set was not a 9. I was happy about that. I didn't' redo it because the gym was so crowded and I was DL/bench/squatting in the only powerrack.
    Also the boy with the beautiful squat was there, with a leg injury. Disappointing.
    My squats were 9 in terms of fatigue, I probably could have done more. RPE, I feel like DLs are always 8 because I dont want to do two or three more; slacker;Constant mantra of dont be a wuss during DLs, however I try to err on the side of, not injured. Lot of SI pains during the 4 months into menopause.

    6_9_18 Saturday I fcukd up the press good today. This was the deal at press camp, I had pressed a heavy single + fairly heavy sets easily during the week, but; at the camp the lighter weights felt heavy. I started w/75# for 10, realized at rep 8 its way too heavy for a 7. Pretty strict press w/ a couple 2.0 reps. Other than press I felt really good...

    6_10_18 Sunday DL & BP 9 could have been a tiny bit too light; 115 maybe an 8.5? 107 seemed heavier, yet the 115 moved very well w/good bar speed - probably could have got two more with resting at top and a retight, but I was happy w/that. Pulling as always in Romaleos. I've had the song from The Banana Splits in my head all day. Making a cotton cheesecake. Because its strawberry time. The inanity.
