Very strong work! No wonder you annoy the yoga class.
Thanks for your input!
Your log is an inspiration.
After game one of the Stanley Cup, I said this would over in 5. Of course I picked the wrong winner.

6_28_18 Thursday Left shoulder just a twinge now and then, right probably supraspinatus, ouchie; will do pk protocol, no choice but rest it, see which of 2 things happens - it gets better, or not. Thankful for luck and being stronger this time with pressing (lucky its lasted this long knowing I have OA both shoulders; and it wasn't an acute kind of fall pop or tear like the last time - left shoulder surgery done what, 18 yrs ago? after unintentionally sliding headfirst into first) I forgot to ice last night. Maybe I'll actually become a good squatter out of it.
*both shoulders clicked. Have press on schedule for tomorrow, we'll see if it goes, or not. Probably I should stop being a dussel and throwing my weighted gym bag over that shoulder, whilst carrying every grocery bag on it as well.

7_3_18 Tuesday
Done w/pk protocol. My husband suggested rest Sunday, Monday's an off day, 2 days of "rest" and I remembered blood flow is king w/my shoulder thing, because today was painful. Same thing as last time, supraspinatus is catching. Goodbye, press and bench gains!! I guess I'll catch up with you later.

Laugh of the evening: Some 30yo young guy asked to work in w/squats: "Are you a powerlifter?" Me: "No. I'm an old lady."
I had to teach him to squat - 6'3, totally loose, almost half squatting...I asked him, are you quarter squatting, are you trying to highbar? I said, you're at least 8" from parallel. Then he went lower and was fine. "that's quite a bit harder." me: "i know". He couldnt get depth with even 225 but still went up to 275, not sure he knew what was on the bar.

Dads 80 today; he still golfs, but can’t raise his arms to lockout completely and can’t raise sideways. Got him barbell rx at holidays... I’m trying to teach him to press w shrug today; everyone else here is telling him don’t do it or he’ll need surgery. WTH?? He has a chainsaw on a six foot pole here I think I can teach him to press.
And, THIS IS WHY I TRAIN.
7_10_18 Tuesday Not the best session; driving 18 hrs in 3 days, family member in hospital and surgical procedure for my SO Thursday=stress. I just felt tired. I learned Saturday my twin has also resigned herself to never using one arm/shoulder. :-( So discouraging, maybe I really am just too old to be really strong.

Bench press, even just the bar - pain in right shoulder started in the bottom position.
