Erg 30 min. That's all I had time for. Just as well, more thunder & rain; winter ought to be really fun without a spring/summer that helps you unbend and recuperate. Its been more like the PNW this year.

8_14_18 Tuesday Turned around and saw this kid who kept looking at me so I asked if he saw my 185#, for bar speed - he came running over, 'i knew it! I knew it was you!" Yeah. It was an all-grown-up version of one of the kids from our hockey club. Nothing to do with my squat. My 4@8 165 was too easy, should have done 168 didnt have fractionals... wuss. First heavy-ish press in a while, felt good and easy - tried 85 strict, misgroove, didnt really feel heavy, worried about lowering it w/my shoulder. We'll see how it is tonite/tomrrow. Subbed pause bench for pin (rack taken), stayed light to tighten up form keep shoulders from moving. Also thank goodness for low stress weeks.

lat pulldown/low cable row supersets 60#/70# (60 reps)
curl/tri presdown supersets (60 reps)
decline static ab holds. I gotta get on that wheel thing at home.

8_18_18 Saturday Felt like i undershot a little today.Press; all strict (I know baby weights). Last set I was able to hang out get a breath in the bottom, still strict press it. I guess I'm learning. IDK what's wrong w my shoulder but I've been able to press painfree for the most part.
