    Does that come on a tank? I guess it could. (I lift in as little on my traps as possible or they hurt and make me tired...usually a man's underwear tank (because a bra really hurts) w/ a strappy tank for coverage that says "its not gonna lift itself" or "you can't squat with us", or "hurt locker" - cheapest things available. (I am not the lady that shows up with glitter on her eyelids, sorry). I was thinking w/my training age is coming for me, it doesn't mean I have to give up quietly. I'm glad I said nothing to the 6 inchers; one of them's a trainer, so wouldn't be welcomed advice.

    9_25_18 Tuesday upper back is weird to squat. Able to press pain free by bringing my bad side hand in. Floor press much harder today than last week?? Maybe from press. Probably could have done more, having trouble reracking because the j hooks are one hole too high (don't go any lower)

    I've run a gamut, from lager, to Belgian white, to IPAs, and back to lagers, but Oktoberfest beer is my favorite. Malty!

    Said by my HS BF on FB, agreed to by other friends and family. Because I said the only evidence in Ford's complaint appears to be that "SHE BELIEVED he might rape or kill me" (IOW, a thought in HER head) and she couldn't remember much other than it was 100% him. Am I wrong? Just believe her; wth? without evidence doesn't it work AGAINST women's causes? Or they could not know any men who were adversely affected by 'just taking her word for it' when it was false. Anyway its a political dog and pony show.

    starting strength coach development program
    10_2_18 Tuesday No fractionals. squat, I dont think I did enough warmups. 175 was ok, 185 & 190 were much easier than I thought, good depth and not a grind at all. 190 was @8, 8.5...(today). I was so excited that i didn't even realize I skipped 5@9 til press. Pressing heavier weights continues to hurt my collarbone (so 3 not 5 at 75); yet all bench is getting easier - I like all pressing.
