    11_4_18 Sunday Strange day in the gym; two guys said I was "strong" (I'm not probably could do more on rack pulls); and a woman asked me to mentor/teach her. I told her buy the blue book, call the SSC in NJ then start a NLP.
    TNG Bench was astoundingly difficult after the 2s yesterday. 2" SLDL, I skipped in the interest of recovery, due to lack of sleep and life stress this past week.
    I also had happy news, another baby is coming. Granny x4.

    Those two guys were not wrong.

    That woman knew a good mentor when she saw one. But I also direct people to the book and/or an SSC as my default.

    11_6_18 Tuesday Rain last night so no sleep with wailing pup.
    •Press, IDK my shoulders weren't happy (a guy my age told me I should be using dumbbells)
    •Squat, 2 good reps, 1 decent, 1 way forward and still got it. Tough after upping rack pulls.

    Local ATL news says the Abrams-Kemp race is still too close to tell, and they might not know until tomorrow if a 12/4 runoff is needed.

    11_8_18 Thursday Not feeling it, cut out most. Time change+dog loss+accumulating fatigue+stress at work from other people's ineptitude (marketing DIRECTORS who've been college educated yet are still stupider than I am? is that possible??)=tired, sore, depressing. This am it feels like I'm getting a cold. Chiro tomorrow.

    11_10_18 Saturday Sore throat last night. Dropped two downsets (squat & press), lighter on squats this week too. DL/Pulls trying to recover. RC is squawking still not sleeping well. I'm probably too old for this.
