Lever row amrap today. Lever row? with two hands? IDK how to do that. So I did narrow grip chest-supported Tbar rows, loaded w/a 25# plate (and will not repeat because it hurts my boobs). No idea what the lever thing weighs but it seemed like a 70% at the time.

Very tired and depressed today; was really a shit day.
Strangely squats were fine, even easy - I thought I'd be shot, 5 weeks of crazy 8s and 6s. My breathing heart rate etc is better under heavier weight.
I had a couple sets of bench warmup because I am a tool, stressed and forget I had press not bench; blew off more sets of 70x6, wanted to get done.
DB - they're fixed weights, unfortunately. I'll have to bite that 40# bullet sooner or later.

It's not my week, up late giving blood Monday, out late at a funeral service night before this. Still heart pounding etc during exertion. My SO said, maybe you're just getting old.
Cut my caffeine back yesterday, realized I'm drinking stronger and stronger and 4 cups a day, sometimes 5. Going to GP in 2 hours to see what's up w/BP, which has been all over the place.
Leg press AMRAP, I used the same machine as 2 weeks ago.
I asked the trainer who told me "for NORMAL PEOPLE, there's no difference. For YOU, this is a little more ham/glutes, the other is a tiny bit more quad centric" (Now I want to listen to Radiohead ...I'm a creeep, I'm a weirdo, what the hell am I doing here).
My LEGS felt just like two balloons when I was done, and I wasn't comfortably numb.
I should have asked what to do with my tootsies, I try to get close to my squat stance - knees out over toes. No clue if that's right or wrong, I'm assuming there's some carryover.

not the best day, tired, my back is slightly out (chiro in an hour) and adductors are very sore. Cut squats to be sensible, the rest was ok. Small shoulder tweak during AMRAP cut it at 10.
Dr yesterday said my BP was normal, and that I was right about cutting caffeine because that will definitely cause those symptoms; and that before checking heart function (she said it sounded good) she would do a physical which I haven't had since 2005, and that is not getting done because a physical costs 3250 anymore. HAHAHAhahahaha. I felt a little better since cutting coffee back, she said symptoms should continue to decrease and if I still have symptoms in two weeks, call her (this cost 150).

right? Dr 250 the rest is bloodwork. Labcorp. I got a 70% off for uninsured from my obgyn. Still was 200 for a pap. The q is, they don’t give 79% off and take a loss. So what is the real price? What’s the fucking markup??
No one can say. Labcorp won’t give me a coup they said it’s from the provider. So imma have to ask THEM.

crap day. Skipped rows. Trying to pull myself out of depression with the recent losses. Sumo - don't ask. I guess I might have gotten better at it.

Squat: Moved to 160 last week because it felt so light, today IDK, definitely a difference in my low back since chiro; overall felt heavier today.
Press is feeling great of late, despite my worry about shoulder fatigue and slight wonkiness w/right bicep tendon. I'm (finally) learning to stop racing my valsalva, and just stop take that breath & retighten, which has been working.
Had to do a DB press downset with 25's because the 30's were taken.

I felt pretty good today. Drank 125oz water by 3pm (thanks Brooklyn Jerry), still doing one weak coffee home and one at office. I really miss coffee. May have to drop weight on squats Saturday after today's workout, we'll see.
Deadlift, seemed so easy today, wth? I figured not to be a pussy since everyone else's @9, well my @9 don't look that hard; I was getting looked at, maybe my deadlift form is funky. Bench not bad. I looked at the leg press numbers and thought it was undoable, but surprised myself (leg press trashes my legs for squats, its kind of a first usually its my back weakest link)

I know the leg press always hit my quads hard.I had to be careful not to allow my low back to roll at the bottom position. I just sold my Hammer Leg Press machine,I wasn't using it much.Trying to get rid of stuff in case I move to an over 55 complex.
I should heed my own advice and drink more water.
