    Back Extensions (there's no machine at gym, so home). No weight, just me - decent pain relief.

    same bone that always goes out, its pinching one side, I have left hip and glute, probably minimus or medius pain.

    Enough whining, just have to work around it like everyone else who gets injured.

    Note to self: starting to feel more like ql or hip flexor; the bone that gets stuck is still moving not stuck. So. Whatever chiro does I'll prob train tomorrow. Idk if dl form checks worth it, anyway who's going to video it? & whether or not lowbar would be better, presuming I could get my shoulders to do it...

    Massage therapist: ql is tight
    Psoas are tight
    Glute medius is tight
    Chiro: you were right about the rib-2 out; also sacro iliac. ?? Take it easy no deadlifting/squatting for a while. (Like that's gonna happen). Really sore but feels like adducter (my inner thigh to hip) and hip flexor or something, I don't think it's really the joint idk. I figured go for it either have to stop or it'll be ok. Injury will be the deload. Mitigated injury site issues by squeezing that ass.

    two guys at the squat rack liked the powercleans, He said he should be doing them; asked why dont I compete. Didnt see any reason I shouldnt, even though I'd be the only one in my age/weight class. ROFLMAO.

    SQUAT Light 152#/3 (5) More sets I squatted, the less my hip/back hurt. ??
    DEADLIFT HEAVY 5's 135#/5, 155#/5, 170#x1x2 Definite pulling in hip area, starting to almost hurt, strict w/form. I'll have to see. I'd been up to 205# or so. Skipped SLDL/RDL.

    Left erector pump after that. Got my period (good sign in terms of life stress).

    gym needs a reverse hyper or a ghd.

    165#, 170#, 175#, 185# got a twinge at 185 so stopped there. Im thinking to not stay loaded for heavy 3/5s yet, but I do 153 for 3's as accessory so I probably could do backoffs of 5. Im concerned about not losing all my strength.

    OHP Light 73#/3 (5) great bar speed
    BENCHPRESS HEAVY TRIPLES Reset bench; whether or not it was a mistake it's done. was up to 112/3 and crapped out at 113/2. 80# & 95# warmups were paused, no probs.
    108#/3 (3) fast and fairly easy
    Incline Benchpress
    65#/10, 70#/10, 75#/9
    at Old Fuck's Gym (home) back extensions with no weight.
    Kind of a crappy rainy humid & hot day, unusual for October. SI joint/back issue & still menstrual syndrome; tired - BP is 123/63.
