8_22_19 Thursday 95° humid and no one around.
A few weeks ago bench would have been undoable, tonite seemed fairly easy? 8's challenge my ability to keep what little arch I have and shoulder blades back... sully had a video about not punching the bar up and I remembered Coach Rory's press your chest up into the bar cues - they seemed to help...
Leg press, wtf, am I supposed to walk away afterwards?

8_25_19 Sunday Kinda dead legs from leg press tonnage yesterday.
No program and forgot cell so no clue what I did last time on FU bench.
Yo! Gym Peeps! Stare and laugh all you want at the weak old lady, zero fucks given. The one guy came over and said, you're not kidding are you? some of us can't clean that weight. (wth, how is that possible??)

bar to 55#, 1/2 hour many reps, doubles & triples. Not one time on my ass!
Power Clean 77# to 85 doubles & triples (lots), ezpz
Power Clean & Jerk 85, 90, 95, 100 (not doubles but 2x each) - STILL ezpz
Feet up Bench 85x12, 90x12, 95x12 - nice and smooth and EASY; Called it a day. Pretty toast last night after all day housework, hot tubbed it before bed!

8_27_19 Tuesday wtf is going on with my press and squats NOW?
I figured I'd take a big hit due to *JERKING* & leg press tonnage (since I can't drop I had to lower jerks to shoulders then lower.... fatigue).
Also squatted slow and under control instead of such a fast descent (tip picked up via @Charlocity2); desperately seeking @8 - right knee's been whimpering so left it where it was in order to leg press thurs. DB bench - couldn't get a decent bench it declined some, & triceps were toast, so no 45's tonite.

Barbell Logic has a good video about tempo squats. It's all about going slow enough to know that you are balanced over the middle of your feet, whether it's on the descent, ascent, or both.
Missed thursday due to freelance work and traveling for vacation. Completely Exhausted, 9 hrs in car.

Undershot squat a little, overshot press possibly due to jerking over 100#, took awhile to find 9 on cg incline bench (surprised myself there).
