What's with the landing page meat-tease? What's next, chocolate? Isn't it enough I read Erok's log (a lot of times for the food). I AM STARVING!!
Another day another kinda crappy sesh - although the membership coordinator's son who spotted bench, complimented my strength said it looked easy, kinda cool. Faster than last week, probably a nine, another rep would have been an all out grind. Skipped DL backoffs due to whiplash.
The owner said they're putting battle ropes, medicine balls, a small wood area w/a deadlift jack - 'functional training' stuff - and I cannot Oly lift there.
what the eff? I couldn't do my 3-0-3 technique squats last night - power cage + 2 squat racks were taken. They need two more squat stands and a few bumpers.
Their "renovations" include no building permits, just paint, walls with wood bottoms/an altar with buddha in the "hot yoga" room. (Peri- and menopausal ladies do NOT like hot yoga!)
