    eh. Videoed and noticed a little bar drift still. Most reps are fine; need to sort this out to move forward; otoh I am old and may always be weak. Bench, fine - 110 solid @8. Row fine. LPD, bi,tri will row later. "Hot Mess Weightifting" ugh.

    Didn't feel well, feeling dizzy and lightheaded, took morning cold meds forgot it before training. Got it done albeit somewhat sloppily.
    Squat: 190 serious misgroove, forward- stood it up easily anyway. Maybe I'm getting stronger. Left knee is hurting making form sloppy.
    Politics give me a headache every freaking day! Ideas live and die by their merits, not who comes up with them. Are literacy programs bad because of whose implementation it is? I'd say they can be. They say tomato, I say to-MAH-to, they say literacy program, in this specific case I say literacy/indoctrination program (is all education indoctrination?), they say I love you, I say you love YOU.
    My spouse: "how's the fan club at the gym?" lololol If they look at all its 1) they want to use that equipment 2) I'm old, weak and fatter than the other ladies 3) my forms bad!!

    Eh.
    DL: 255 felt like more than 8 right off the floor due to fatigue, aborted, did 250 - I'm ok with that. Is it more fatigue, singles @8 + backoffs? Seems so.
    Comp Bench: fine, 122 easy @8. Remembered should have done 5 press backoff sets, shoot.
    Front Squat: My rack was starting to come back by the last set, but wow its all upper back - sheesh! Stayed light. I see some torso muscles under my fat. Front squats felt GREAT in the legs though.
    Also realizing IDK what's a highbar squat. Andy B. does them on IG, thats what I consider HB, other people do them they look like lowbar squats but the bar is higher. And is highbar and Olympic diff? IDK.

    Pin Squat, did pause instead because pins were way too high or way too low. Pleased with the relative ease.
    Bench, all ok. 120, maybe could've gone up 2#? Widegrip - 2 fingers outside the rings; I guess less ROM? Seemed easy but after TNG - pump!
    LPD w/70# 12x4s.
    During squat backoffs I warmed up for bench; so squat, bench while resting legs, squat while resting upper body, etc. While I was looking at the bench rep scheme, this guy tapped me and asked, am I working out or just reserving. ?? Reserving? I'm alone. He said nothing to the guy benching next to me; I answered, I train. (Wondering did he want the bench - 4 were open in the black ops room - or just wondered what a girl/old woman, is doing there. Weird!)

    Block Pull: Used 6" rogue plyo boxes, little high, in future will probably just stack plates?
    Pinbench: safeties were a little high I thought.

    Low stress!! Back on cold meds - coworker's side gig at a nursing home where they're all sick, they get HER sick, she comes to work, telling the two of us, its just a virus/bad cold. wth? She has medicare, we have our paychecks. Mind-boggling. And my font manager shit the bed. geez louise. Get to gym, run smack into guy from old gym group that watched/laughed at me. Greeaaaat.
    Training went ok.
