Reading about these encounters makes me extremely grateful for the people and the management of my gym.

IDK. The sick issue is at the office. Gym, Retro itself has been just wonderful; the owners are GREAT! Trainer high-fives me all the time. They take great care of their facility, its clean (constantly wiping things down and vacuuming), they're friendly, they run events (pushup challenges) etc. Almost all of the people there are pretty cool. Just that one guy, really. IDK about the old gym people, if they're migrating to Retro or what. Me, I'm not the chattiest, I'm not the friend-maker-est, I don't react the same as other people, don't know how to start convos or do smalltalk, I've always been kind of weird (do things most ladies don't like to do), and now I'm old with bright white hair. It might just be ME! I'll have to focus better and let stuff go.

3_5_2020 Thursday Cranky crabby tired and feeling ill today, decided not to train, trained anyway. Best session in a while.
Front squat TENS, rack slowly coming back, legs no problem with this weight its light but I wanted to bend my arms today.
Found my glasses between 2 people on the black ply box in the black ops room: I can't see without my glasses, I can't see my glasses without my glasses. #olderage

3_7_2020 Saturday Left knee - meniscal, tendon-osis-itis?? Hurt during warmup, altered my foot position and squatted anyway. Now, 3 hrs later, its not hurting. Spotter said I could TNG more.

3_8_2020 Sunday Time change tired today. Also tired of coronavirus. Area school is closed tomorrow, so teachers can take the day to "plan" what to do, how to teach the kids at home, if the school gets closed down. Is online learning going to become a thing?

I'm really not understanding all the talk about this virus. I heard a Dr. from NYU Langone saying they are making more of this than they should. Listing to 77am Juliet Sweeny is in a panic saying its spreading like wildfire. Does she really know what she's taking about?

Thanks for the link. I don't really travel much, but I have trip planned for the beginning of April, going to Arizona, the Grand Canyon, Colorado and Oregon.I'm hoping this virus doesn't hamper my trip. I did receive an email from the airline they are taking extra effort to clean the planes and airports.

We'll see I have a Florida trip next week alone; my son's SIL/MIL both flight attendants. The thing is PEOPLE – in a society that can't master truth, turn signals, or removing/re-racking weights.....? I'm resigned, hope if I get it it doesn't kill me, but I'd rather it be me than my kids/grandkids/husband. Just started home business back up, now this - looks like I'll never retire!

3_12_2020 Thursday No sleep Wednesday, DL down a bit. Bench, have I done this before? yes but not @7.5-8. PR of sorts. The programmer said so many bench sessions were for the gainzzz, go figure! Front squat was rack rpe (legs ez). The kids in here ARE staring at me; IDK if they're razzing each other (I do more than some of them) or just laughing at me. weirdo wherever i go.

3_14_2020 Saturday Training this am in the basement at OFG. Having to get used to new setups and weights, may go to gym during the week as its closer and likely to be empty? I'll see what the CDC says. KG & Lbs, overshot bench 115 clearly @9 and I misloaded downsets.
