    I don’t think so. My company had already applied for a small business loan and then thought they could pay me (I guess ppp) now say it’s too much of a clusterfuck to try to get it, so just go on unemployment. Even w the fed 600 it’s not, well, viable. Local restaurants are texting people to beg us to buy food (I am doing free social media graphics for them unasked bc what’s going to happen??)
    My lifts, ugh!! I hate bad training days.
    I’m hoping the cat comes back.

    All the aches and pains you're experiencing are probably due to the added stress you're under these past few weeks.

    And yeah, bad training day blow! Throws me of kilter till I can get a good session in. Hope you can get one under your belt quickly!

    Thank you both. I'm done catastrophizing now, que será. The shock of going from 'wait - pay/401k can continue', then 2days later - 'just forget it' (I STILL don't understand the PPP - where is the carrot for small businesses? First wave of fed $ hit NJ - EXCEPTING 4 republican counties [where I live], but rationally probably due to the population. I really don't like handouts - I just want the opportunity to work.) I've landed like a cat on my feet before - cats have nine lives! I guess we'll see.

    HIIT Intervals C2 20s/100s - 10 intervals. Not bad at all. I think I could stand to row any piece with "chopped" on tv.

    17 bodies found at an Andover nursing home (its the next town north). Hardly any sleep, when I slept it was broken dreams of trying to get safe (locust plagues, trying to get out of or into a house, trying to get through an ice/snow storm, etc.)
    DL surprisingly ok, no pain today - I'll take it! Bench went well. Warmed up for squat but cut it, partly due to a) other things to get done b) lower back/hip area soreness (could be heavier squats + DL - IDK, live to lift another day).

    I'm thinking about those tiny houses, but with a tiny gym... also maybe the governor here really IS nuts. The unemployment web traffic is killing that site; they still are requiring people to login and "recertify" that they're unemployed at certain times of the day every week (do they not know the state was shut down on us?) I would think temporarily suspending that requirement would be a good thing but that's just me, maybe they can't?

    Cloudy cold snow & rain. Welp, had it with 'the government.' It doesn't seem like they know what the fuck they're doing; NJ is trying to raise taxes, no unemployment state or fed has come, nor has any stimulus; I've noticed people who are still working have collected it - what the fuck whose idea was THAT? If you get your salary, shouldn't you decline and/or return the difference?? We want work opportunity, not handouts. Another few weeks and I'll really be sucking wind! Depressing and demotivating, can work your ass off some jerk off is allowed to just wipe it all away. I'm starting to understand why people want gun rights.

    Squat, ok, could feel some back/hip pain so stayed light. Bench - expected to be extremely difficult, couldn't get a spot... went ahead anyway, surprised seemed so much easier than I remember.
