4_22_2020 Wednesday REALLY out of sorts yesterday, bad headache, nausea, BP was 100/65 - prob. due to pushing it & work stress (got my last pay, was told tax was taken out, get home - got paid $6/hr less than what I make. Yeah. Thanks!) Today BP normal, heart rate kind of high (90-100), so auto regulated way down* ease back in, skipped 2ct bench.

4_25_2020 Saturday Waiting for a get out of jail free card sucks. Imma make my own.
Lower back still is hurting but squat felt pretty decent today. Bench, 135 was 8.5 today; big jump 125 to 135; downsets reflect that. No real trouble but probably too big a jump. Yard work ≠ cardio today, but there was SUN for like two hours. And, I GUESS I should check my weight some day.
