Week of 5_25_2020 D1 No sleep. Didn't seem to have the effect I thought. Will decrease volume if I have to; 2 days or so of spring and now its hot and humid - today's training was a pleasant surprise. Starting to think not controlling my lighter squats (dive bombing more or less) was the cause of my trouble?
