    I posted it because it's more known? When I started CrossFit they played Clutch over and over and over and that's what got me into it.

    Week of 6_1_2020 D3 State of emergency extended officially yesterday. Being inundated from all places all at once with race info/stances. Mood: Elsa - "I said ENOUGH!" I screwed up DL @10, turned out to be more 8, 9? Could have done another set, trying to be recovered for more @10's next week. PUSSY. Need to try harder not to be one.

    Week of 6_1_2020 D4 Inverted rows, I sucked at these, maybe half ROM? Cuban press, clearly need to go back to doing some dislocates. Hammer curls, don't have anything heavier for one hand holds...and V-ups, struggling to KEEP my pre-workout, preworkout *gag*. Still feel an upper body pump; no sign of muscles. I'm at the age my flexibility is going away.

    WO6_8_2020 D1 up at 2:30 - the unrest, so silly, I'm so torn, by family who are POC and family who are LE.
    Disappointed in squat, kind of weak, but probably old lady cumulative fatigue. An oopsie on down sets, supposed to be 140, realized unloading I didn't have my 1# plates on so 138. Its 90° today, but beautiful sun with no sign of muscles.

    Had to cut it short today; I have @10 with spoto this weekend anyway - one more week of hypertrophy and on to strength.Lot of work getting myself ready to launch. Moving on!
