B4,W3,D1 8_23_2020 Lowbar experiment continues. Definitely easier strength wise, keep forgetting knees stop 1/3 down, look down, and the more sets I do, the closer I am able to get that bar to where it should be - had a dump w/160 (my tightest best form set) bc, too vertical and paused. Oop. Last set was able to try the bounce more. Depth questionable on some where I had highbar knees/torso. ugh. Hips back seems so alien. Starting from scratch. Comp Squat 160x5, 145x5x4s DB Lateral 10sx12x3s RDL 110x12x2s BB Row 80x12x2s Back Raise 10x12x2s
I've been forgetting abs. Writing it for later, but then forgetting to do later. Bad girl!

B4,W4,D1 9_3_2020 Just back from Florida. More adventures in lowbar; IDK what I'm doing - lift my chest too much or push my knees forward with heavier weight? I THINK these were deep enough. Turned 60 2wks ago; I may be just too old for all this. Stressed from trying to sell and leave NJ. Comp Squat 150x5x5s DB Laterals 11'sx12x3s RDL 125x12x2s BB Row 80x12x2s Back Raise 22x12x2s

Block4,W4,D3 9_6_2020 Can't complain, lack of compliance/consistency on my part. Also I lost 10# somehow. I may be a lowbar convert. DL 220x4, 195x4x4s Spoto 90x4,95x4x3s HBBS 135x5x3s Curls/LTE/Front Raise/Back Raise 45+45+10s+10 x12x2s

Nothing like starting all over. Tried yesterday quit after squat warmups. Nothing felt right. Block 5, W1,D1 9_9_2020 Lowbar struggles. Went back to blue book, fix stance, gaze, spread knees better seemed to fix depth - also lowered the bar in the rack. Still a little high on my back but my shoulders are just killing me. After looking at the form check thread I think a) I need to lean over more & stop my knees b) some of y’all have some pretty spiffy all white shiny sleek clean gyms (I lift in a basement dungeon atm).
Also my shoulders hurt.
