There isn't even any cabernet down here, Jer.

Block5,W1,D4 Desperately seeking pre-pandemic bench. Sincerely, Miss Deeply Depressed.
I realized I set this month up 4/wk; skipped day 2: spoto. I need that bench session so I'll try to add it on squat day bc no time for 4 days. I also pushed a 1200# shed around yesterday and squatted my truck cap off. Still sitting at 182,183# bw, 1800-2000 cals daily w/55-60 fat grams; if I'm going to be weak is there a reason to be slightly overweight?

Comp Bench 110x4 (failed 5, 2-3" off my chest, supposed to be 5@10), 90x5x5s
    Pendlay Row 95x12x2s
    Press 55x12, 55x8+45x4
    Curls/LTE 45x12x3s+2s

Cut a tree down, took apart decking, removed double doors from a building wall, trailered a hot tub. All the training, my SO is 10x stronger than me. WTH is wrong with me?

Have you read what Rip wrote about MED ( minimum effective dose).Sometimes less is best. Overtraining is no joke.

I may use a ss coach after I move if one’s available in the new area in VA. Or just use a HML routine for a while to get back into progressing. Bbm volume worked great for me but I’m inconsistent now and today down to 180 *yikes!* Have eaten a tiny ice cream Every day this week still losing. Prob stress; I’m moving 3 states away. Not easy.

My brother recently moved from CA. to Colorado, he wound up getting shingles from the stress. Take care and good luck!

Block5,W3,D1 Yesterday my SO moved the 1500# building, plus another way larger one to 15 miles away, and a third one even larger that used to be my gym (but still only maybe 13'6? - I had to hold up the electric lines in front with a great big pole). Coming to grips he'll always be stronger and way ballsy-er than I am, everyone watching - superman's leaving the hood. I guess I am resetting my squat for lowbar, hate the thought of detraining, IDK. I feel like I could be working at this til I'm 70 (get tighter, keep knees in place, sit back more). Lowered the weight for shoulders and did an ouchy single, then a double in place of planned triple. Tried 160/1 first, pain but probably should have stuck it out w/more warmups, bar placement gets easier as I go on. I can do disclocates easily - lbbs still hurts front of shoulders. Good to have something to fret on, as my mom keeps sending me QAnon and other slams on Trumps supporters; I can't vote based on my opinions of other voters, wth?

squat depth looked good on video, knees too forward.

B5,W3,D2 Took it easy w/DL (doing a lot of life lifting). Floor press, had to hump the bar to my hands bc rack's not low enough so 4 reps instead of 3. LBBS bar position - getting there? (Feels so ALIEN and wrong to drive w/hips, idk.)
