    HEAVY DEADLIFT Using the 5 step SS setup is when I got my muscle pull or whatever it is. It still hurts. So Clean deadlifts today :-(

    IDK maybe SI syndrome. My right low back kind of hurting. Screw it. No painkillers, its not that bad.

    CGBP 93.5#/8, 8, 8 (92 last sesh. starting over - i figured one set at 8 and two w/no fewer than five may not mean settle for 5)

    C2 ROWER INTERVALS 20s/120s. 7 Intervals this am, fasted (DISlike. Maybe Lucky Charms are in order today).

    No racks available in the gym! So home at OFG.
    Squat Light 152#/3 (5)
    HEAVY DEADLIFT SINGLES 133#/5, 154#/5, 170#/3 185#/2 192 or 195# 200# 209#/210# Went right up. I dont think Im too weak. I think Im wary. My back didnt snap. Skipped SLDL/RDL/shrug to be conservative.
    Felt the same today; its still is sore but whatevs. Moving on.

    CGBP 95#/8 (3 sets) (93.5 last time)
    Triceps
    LTE - 40#/12, 12, 10
    Seated French Press 20#/10 (3)
    Pressdowns 50#/10, 50#+40#+30#+20#/5 ea, 40#+30#+20#/5 ea, (2 sets). My arms/upper body felt huge after this, but were still the usual size!!

    I like them too :-) Actually I like most things except triceps, biceps, all those little muscles I've never trained that HURT so much.

    160#/5 (3) No real problems, my back/hip felt BETTER after. go figure! Definitely detrained some.

    120# I racked it but I didnt get under quick enough so can't really count it. Very tired today. Its exhausting to lower them all.
    Pullup Gravitron on eleven, 5 & 4 (doing just so I can feel my lats some before back)
    Rows 88#/10 (2 sets) the way Rip shows it.
    Lat Pulldowns 80#/10, 90#/10, 80#/10
    Curls 45#/10 (3)
    Idk why so tired lately. Took my BP, its 104/58.
    IDK why so low. Usually its low when I get PMS. No wonder powercleans are tiring.
