6_14_18 Thursday I felt pretty strong today, ??? anomaly or not. Did tempo squats really light, concentrating on form and staying tight (hardest part and a weakness of mine).

6_16_18 Saturday Went to see Little Feat last night, really tired this am. Also my shoulders etc. are pretty sore, right one is pinchy, I'm assuming from pullups; even though they were assisted, and I only did one neutral grip pull w/o the assist. Apparently I'm still a weakling. I probably could have done more on the squat single; bench was ok just sore maybe should have gone heavier; and press, IDK - I suppose I could have gone heavier with crappier form (layback).

6_17_18 Sunday 117 fairly easy; pf flyers on. Couldn't get a handle on leg press; 6 was too hard for 6. ? or 1st set blues. my 8s felt hard but 2-3 more than doable at 210, so 220, and still 2-3 more definitely doable.

6_18_18 Monday 90's and 96% humidity now. But at least there's sun!
ERG C2 30 min at 70% THR. The rack was taken, the pulldown and pullup stations all taken so that was all today. Can do abs tonite.

Squat: pretty quick/easy single.
Press repeated dead stop single @ 89, I prob could do more with a rebound and grinding (Ive done 90x3 that way), but it was a little slow so I based the rest off my 85 single. Got a trap/rhomboid stinger, thought I slept funny on it a few days ago, still annoying me. I ate a pound of lean beef yesterday, without realizing. oh well.

Slept 9 hrs night before.
DL took the single down, 195 was too easy though. Chiro next saturday, still got the stinger.
Bench, probably should have done 115, 116, hard to judge singles because subsequent sets are easier than my first for unknown reasons.
Tempo squat; really makes me feel more inner thighs, fighting to not kick my knees back on the last rep or so even at this light weight.

30 min C2 erg, 70%THR, lat pulldowns @70#, 4 pullups on 10 (limiting factor deadlift calluses), and 5 neutral grip - these seem easier. IDK.

Pin squat, took the safety down a hole today - almost rock bottom. The next hole up is almost to parallel, feels like. IDK which is better, still have to hold your tight and no bounce.
Press. Sets @8 1.0 not dead stop; Last 2 reps last 2 sets had to stop & breathe; it wasn't THAT hard but hard enough after Tuesday's press ? which seemed comparatively easy; I was looking at the tv the backoffs were so easy.

6_24_18 Sunday w/a pissed off hip flexor, and my right shoulder RC is as well. Cut some DL sets because of it, they'll be there next time. I told a guy yesterday that he was lowering the bar way out front in DL and that's why his subsequent reps were so much harder; probably I should have said his knees stuck way out first before lowering the bar, so having to go around them caused him to lower 6" in front of where he started the first rep. IDK. I should learn to shut up, he just seemed so upset at himself.
