Life stuff sure can effect training. An elderly neighbor that I had been helping out for the past 10 years passes away from Alzhiemers Thursday night, sick dogs and a wonky right shoulder after doing just SB sqt and DL almost made me blow off yestadays WO, did only DB bench and some curls. Today shoulder is OK.
Good luck with the weekend plans. A wedding and a wake, sure makes for some mixed emotions.

I forgot to mention I made a kind of new friend at the gym; I see him doing what seems like a million sets of 10 with 135# on the Smith machine. He says he's 80 with two knee replacements. So THAT's positive and cool and something to aspire to!

We brought a new Insta Pot on a trip to Lake Granby CO (my daughter's). It was great.
Any slow cooker recipe only faster. This was huge at 8500.
Ours also browned meat surprisingly well.
Rice was oddly tricky on ours.
    Recommend Stan Efferding's "Monster Mash".
One part cooked rice, one part ground beef, one part bone broth.
I loved using it but am staying with my pair of bigish slow cookers and a rice cooker.

I often sub diced chicken (from legs) for the beef, and make my own bone broth. So I can make the rice with bone broth as well.

    Happy cooking.

Chicken parts and a can of cream of mushroom soup, can of water works and is simple in the inst pot. Potatoes and Carrots as desired.
You can sub a round roast of beef in the above, especially if your pot browns.

Thank you, Cheesepuff... I did copycat Zuppa Toscana from Damn Delicious.com and that was really good. Looking forward to trying these.
