10_20_19 Sunday Apparently I'm slacking on bench, I should have done the planned 135@8, I stayed lower bc of a little chest DOMS which caused self doubt but may not have mattered. Everything I did the spotters said looked light, and felt very doable.

10_31_19 Thursday On no sleep. No space to deadlift, but see an unfinished Rogue deadlift platform w jack. Under a "no chalk allowed" sign. Good sign? Bad sign? (no room for jack; never seen anyone DL that much; no DL bar). Fuck it, I DL'd in the walkway between cardio/training.

11_3_19 Sunday The power rack now has no hooks! (no squat or floor press for the Granster). I have a message in to the golds in the other town to see if I might train there weekdays til this place gets sorted. I realized I did RDL yesterday 'stead of today, skipped press in the interest of Tuesday press. I'm losing it! (or its been gone for some time now - evidenced by smashing my eyeglasses with 135# )
IDK whats up w/DL seem to be getting stronger. Bench, didn't feel dialed in on form (tightness & leg drive) and didn't have fractionals so went up 5#, stopped after 3 reps so I wouldn't be grinding @10 (s/b 4@9!). OTOH have I repped that before? if so not current, so 2 and 3 are rep prs. That's how I'm thinking of it anyhow!! Shouldn't I be stronger than this??????

Your plenty strong.Tuff luck with the glasses,I know they can be pricey.
