Thanks, Jerry. I'm not that strong, although as the day went on I'm clearly fighting a cold. They were cheap readers. My $600 pair, I never use (progressives) because I got rooked (I'm a graphic artist/prepress specialist, I need to see the entire 21"+ screen all at the same time).

    BLOCK 19, WEEK 1, DAY 1
    11_6_19 Tuesday
At Golds Flanders: has an eleiko SVR platform + rogue bumpers + OPB. Farther from home, same from work. Went there from old gym (told me there's a new rack, arrived & there was not so had to double back).
I pcl a quick 95# no warmup, and then a quick pcl&jerk between floor press sets - drops from two heights - there's hardly any noise, a little bounce, should be ok though (they just don't want an uncontrolled bounce that breaks something or goes out of control off the platform and I can't lift that much. Maybe a new home base for the granster?)
No ladies in this gym either, kinda getting looks - that's THEIR problem, I did nothing wrong.
Pleased that squats felt easy; press down today but not upset still on a high (and underrecovered a bit) from TNG reps w/ 130 sunday.

Flanders am. Bunch of ladies lifting. Getting my rib/back fixed after this, hope its not my shoulder/a tear... skipped press like last week, I'll see how bench goes tomorrow. Bench today, IDK, easy! wth?

Flanders. There are other women (older) training with weights. woo.
Bigger fatigue factor on squats today, undershot a little.
Press was better, maybe getting used to the heavier bench.
Need a better feel for the platform, short stepped jerk because it seems so tiny (I also need to take the safeties off the rogue rack); its weird to be able to drop, used the OPB bc I didn't have my oly bar with me (there's a mirror so I face the entire gym to C&J - doh!).

    Flanders. DL rep PR I think (influenced by The_Robert_Santana.) Granny's weak-ass DL's.
    Comp bench seemed easier today.

    BOCK 19, WEEK 2, DAY 3
    11_16_19 Saturday
Hktwn. Everyone around me's hacking/coughing/sneezing/vomiting. My stomach doesn't feel great, kind of lightheaded, so I trained like there's no tomorrow in case I get sick (I really want to finish this cycle).
Squat stations taken, bench first. 2s is feeling easier, I'm thinking my 2s is too long, like 3 or 4? Ouch. Belly said no 2nd down set.
Who knows the relationship between leg press 315#and 360# over 6-12" ROM, and squat? What would I have to squat to leg press that, although - I've never tried. I saw ladies doing that today and another strong lady upside down in smith machine doing the same weights. Geez I'm a weakling; what must their squats be like???

Don't sweat it about the leg press. I'd bet those ladies would find a 135 squat hard to do 1 Rep. Feel better.

I saw the lady trainer with a client on it today and I asked her, what's the relationship - she said its not apples to apples, and no those ladies can't squat that weight.
    ok. good enough.
