12_29_19 Sunday GE fridge shit the bed, found out I can standing benchpress my fridge fully loaded, yay!!! (positive thinking, husband was amused). Desperately seeking @8 on floor press, have I done this before (maybe), is this me?

All.I've been doing.is.eating for.the.past few.days.
Me too. Especially now no fridge til Saturday because Home Depot can't do anything efficiently...I put the food I had in coolers but it really was borderline good so its looking like eating out this week - last night we had mush cream - because of course ice cream was on sale Saturday. My protein order has been delayed as well, had a 50g protein shake at gym and went to work to grab my extra little bit of protein.
We'll take it off any excess next year.

12_31_19 Tuesday early! 4's were rx'd today, almost missed that. Mirror mirror on the wall; I benched in the black ops room (again, MIRRORS) and came back from the loo to adjust my bar, and got glared at by a lady upright rowing two 10# dumbbells while intently watching in the mirror behind my bench, which I was blocking to load my bar. Their resolution should be get rid of the mirrors (its early I am crabby). I got a great Christmas gift this year, having another baby in 2020!

I was reminded by a " friend" I'm entering my eight decade. WTH.
No mirrors in my gym, but some people do dumbbell stuff in an aisle next to the restrooms. Even if what they are doing seems silly, I have to remind myself not to walk in the aisle in front of them.
