It's not that it seems silly, its good people are doing something. And I could make a case for when you're confident in your form until it's HEAVY and then questioning how bad the breakdown might be... but to check with 10#, and then do sets of 15 while watching every rep??

Feeling more and more back in the groove for bench etc. Hit 125 @8.5ish. Maybe my bench is back? Retro. I like it.

Tonite was the first time tempted to sandbag a lift due to people next to me. 30yo chick; I was afraid she’d hurt herself or the guy she was apparently teaching. She used straps for (squats? 8" back bendies) in the squat rack; then tng bench, w/straps, right next to me. Maybe one of those people needs to show how they're so strong? Idk I'm an old granny I could be wrong. Saw her watching my bench set at 110 from across gym, which she had tried and couldn’t tng. My brother said he goes out of his way to outlift people like that, especially if they're younger. 😟
This am my chest feels like it should look muscular.

In a hot rush to make the chiro at 9:15 (woo!)
Cut two squat sets, did 3 minute rests and did not go up for both bench variations (PUMPED - ouchie!!!) Saw my boss (jogs marathons, was there for 'spin class') watching (she wanted to "see what I do." She didn't seem tempted.)
New fridge should be coming this afternoon, so I can get back to eating normally, eating out just sucks - fingers crossed.

Chiro, my low back is killing me, pretty decent chest DOMS, so I stayed light except for floor press - I'd rather live to lift the next block. Probably time to roll my fat ass and hips with the lacrosse ball? (so fun!!! NOT).
I got 22lbs of plain vanilla whey, they sent me a small amount of Strawberry Amaretto that I thought would be horrible - and, I thought it was delicious; now trying to justify buying more. Why can't they make this stuff taste like beer???
No rowing today both rowers were in use!

Low back - can squat/DL but issues w/nerve pains when twisting, putting all my weight on one hip/side to side. Started some back extensions.
Besides that EVERYthing hurt, got it done at last week's weights w/no painkillers - low stress week after this (yay!), there used to be a big yellow thing in the sky that I'm also missing.
Choice between CGBP or Incline, I chose CG but may alternate.

Felt great this am (sunny!), clouding up this afternoon - back still weird, low and upper and a right knee niggle. Pulled 250, would be a really hard triple maybe a 9.5 with this back.
Leg press? Their machine says its 115# by itself (I highly doubt that felt like air) so just listing the weight I loaded – only one set at 230 see what effect it has. Back extensions at home, this morning it seems a bit better (cloudy and shitty supposed to be 60's this weekend, wth?)

60 degrees. Sun as I got to gym, I felt great. Half hour in, clouds and wind.
Pleased that everything was SOLID today, not a lot of pains. DBs, rt shoulder wasn't completely happy, could(should?) have used 40's; feeling my triceps 2nd set of 35's.
