62 degrees and sun. Everything felt good today. Temp due to drop like a rock mid week. There is a bench-a-thon Feb. 9 at the gym trying to find the details, I'm tempted.

low stress week is here. Squat single glanced up, startled by eyes looking back = weird rep, knew I had it just was self conscious. Probably could have gone up on CGBP (+2 reps this week, so I started w/70, it was like benching paper) also press backoff seemed light, 80 @veryeasy8, 85@kindahard8, today. SWS@60 (Still WeakSauce - but workin' on it!)

No sleep Wed night, realizing how big a diff that makes in feeling sore since menopause (this is so unfair menopause); also craning my neck in DL is part of my sore neck/traps (thanks, MEH) - so I found a mark (now if people would stop obscuring it). Leg press, its what I loaded. Looking ahead at training, its back to 'they're trying to kill me.'
    20% backoffs. Seemed light again?

Dog woke us at 4. Snow is coming. Pleased with today's training, felt stronger. DB's, whoa; I know i can do 40s and hopefully 45s, just is a pain grabbing and getting into position not worth the risk of injury, TODAY.

I'm either getting sick or its that new bra yesterday (with straps at their longest I thought it was ok - terrible, awful sleep w/trap & shoulder pain - woke, felt & trained like crap. Eh, I suck at girl things; my shape is awful - too long waisted.)
2" Deficit DL on blue bumpers, I realized later 5/8" heel + 2.125" bumper is more than 2". These are harder, but feel better than regular DL's, how's that possible? Exhausted as I felt, followed up with LPDx12 @ 65,70,65,65.

Braless - MUCH better, and that's THAT (how's my training going - eh, its up and down.) I can't care - sorry; 34E, wth Thirdlove, I'm NOT that big.
Two young guys during squats saying "are you f'n kidding me?!" to each other - was it my squat form?? be nice to video once in a blue. Kid next to me, 45 to 135 to 225, trying to wrap the dipping belt chains around his waist to fasten the belt. Finally I told him, its to hang a weight from, and here borrow my belt. He did; then - this is YOURS, you brought it here? Yes. Years ago I'd be singing the raspberries (go all the way) but, hey a quarter squat is better than none?
Press & CGBP down a little, probably from heavier tng and the disastrous boob episode, right shoulder janky, but press & bench felt great at these weights. Also SIXES - teach my fat ass a lesson about skipping cardio.

Surprised how doable this was, downsets seemed too light, perhaps I'm getting stronger? Probably should bump it up if fatigue doesn't limit me. Bench much closer to targeted RPE. Leg press 3rd & 4th set my legs were caliente.

Legs/back toast from the week, had to autoregulate down; maybe too low on squats. Skipped DB Incline because no available bench. Another spotter grabbed my bar at the top of my tng 4th rep (yes, when the rep was finished, preventing me from lowering). I yelled, no no no no! And completed the fifth rep. Him: 'I knew you could do it; I always see you with heavy weights over there (the platform).' ??? IDK maybe my valsalva's finally putting too much blood pressure to my brain, because it made no sense to me. I did my lats and triceps too (ouch!)
