2_13_2020 Thursday got back Monday, felt like crap worked Tues but took a training sick day; slept 10 & 9 hrs mon/tu. Feeling better now, and now an intern extremely ill, I'm surrounded.
DL - ok. Someday I'll ask the people watching what it is I'm doing wrong.
Bench - went ok but wasn't quite in a groove
Legpress - skipped to help someone move.

I doubt you doing anything wrong, they just not used to seeing a strong lady.
Even though I'm old I do get asked to help people move. That's one reason I got rid of my pickup truck.

2_15_2020 Saturday Feeling weak and tired today up a little late. Tried to make up for an acai bowl from Berry Bowls and a DQ Blizzard gifted to me for Valentines Day (I could not stop eating the fruit bowl, sooo good).
Squat, eh, low back feeling pretty sore from DL
TNG surprised me, 115 was definitely @8 today.
DB I could go to 40 but its shakier/harder on my triceps/shoulders.
I also did accessories (LPD 70x12x4s, Tri/Bi superset with the cables) AND I rowed an easy 20 minutes.

2_16_19 Sunday Dropped DB rows, to help someone move may do soon at home though since I'm now waiting.
DL - expected to suck, felt pretty good.
2ct bench - pretty good, 110 was 8.5? could have got two more but the last would have been an all out grind (spotter said they were great) - so dropped backoffs a bit (no idea what backoffs were 2 weeks ago since I forgot to log them). Still weak sauce; should be more detail oriented with % etc. but I guess I am still glad to be doing this.

2_18_2020 Tuesday Realizing that my dog is waking me a few times a night. Slept without her in the room, MUCH more rested this am.
Squat: I couldn't BUY a tight setup for some reason. They went ok - not hard per se, just one of those days where you're not in sync.
Press: down this week probably due to skippage. I'm not sure I did all 5 backoffs bc a guy from the old gym recognized and was chatting with me.
CGBP: Fine, pretty easy @8.

2_20_2020 Thursday Back to singles @8. Disappointing weak sauce session.
DL's have felt so much better in terms of efficiency and hardly any bar drift but upon video review of 255x1 @8 there STILL is a swing out right off the floor (albeit smaller than what used to be). Is it harder as it gets heavier? Not sure if its the armpits cue because I regained control and brought that bar in - or just started slightly forward of midfoot. Last set of 216 very messy - cross between DL and jumping up and down on one leg - I made them all but should've tinkled before the set!
Comp Bench 127x1 definitely @9 if not 9.5, TODAY. Ugh!
Bit the bullet and bought a damned Concept rower. Trying to cut, and I hate what that does to my lifts. :-(
The dog woke me at 3:15 today.

2_22_2020 Saturday Still trying to sort out sleep issues.
Squat: these suckers make my legs burn.
Bench: undershot. spotter said def have more at 117 - I may try 120 next weekend, my bench routine is changing this week.
DB Incline Benchpress: DISlike but done 25s,30s,35s each hand - pump! Lot of ladies looking for da pump: diets on point, come in, train, can see every tiny muscle - but coming and going most look like they don't even lift. Some I've known years, why aren't they getting any bigger?
