It's all over; so many unreported cases and people that don't want to tell you they have/had it, makes me think the mortality rate must be lower. All fine today, good easy-ish sesh (standing press how I've missed you - realized the floor is not level so moving across the cellar was all it took; all dead stop reps today); maybe a little light on tng. I even rowed again - maybe lose my Meno-belly, and thinking the hip pain is from my back (back extensions to the rescue?)

Coworker's getting tested for covid and freaking. I said, if you have it you're golden (he's not that sick will have immunity), if you DON'T have it you're fucked-back to panic city (eyeroll). My grandkids grandma is quarantined due to coworker positive; they were w/her last week.
Only the strongest will survive? Maybe; I'll put up a hell of a fight. My fam thinks I'm nuts because I want to know the deaths due to covid-19 and the deaths with covid as a contributing cause (they see no diff).
Lifts down; due to no spot on bench, DL maybe stress, maybe so much rowing/walking with dog? Eh. Better to be cautious than locked up and injured w/no lifting.

4_4_2020 Saturday Hm. Bet ammo shops are backlogged with sales. Still torn with this shutdown - its going to be 9/11, 2008 all over again. Made the mistake of looking at my ira's etc. Its like the erasure of 10-15 years.
Still weak sauce, back still bugging me, squats felt great on it, started way too low (with 140). I didn't do the bigger arch on bench today I think that's aggravating my back, working on a stiller longer pause, video looked ok, 115 seemed easy, 110 downsets make me think 115 was definite @9 today, smaller arch seems to make no strength diff. Chiro later (its one at a time, take our temperature, wear a mask, he has very little business).

4_5_2020 Sunday Feeling pretty sore after Chiro, low back is definitely off, weird only when I bend forward a certain way. Skipped DL/RDL - next week is low stress, I'll do it then - we shall see.
Last contact w coworkers all of us was 3/25, coworker got sick 3/27, got tested 4/2, positive. We'll see; I'll quarantine voluntarily but my SO refuses to stay away. Businesses/nursing homes are not telling the general public they have positives among the staff. IDK what kind of person it makes me, but I find that understandable, and disturbing.
Can we turn the lights on yet???

That nursing home did release that news. God help their residents (2 positives).
I am two weeks from contact w/positive coworker so considering myself safe; still wondering if I had it when I had that fever/sick whatever. So many around here have it.
I donated blood by appt.
Wondering if NJ will ever get its shit together with unemployment, how are people eating? They keep asking me the same q's - I'm wondering if they have an infinite loop in their system (COBOL. COBOLl?!!!! hahahaha) My company has given no definitive info on employment so I applied. I guess we really ARE going to have to lose a lot to get thru this and I wish someone could say what "the other side" of this might look like.
Sunday night I couldn't move so much pain, so I stretched (couch stretch quads, pigeon pose, splits - IDK it was all cramped up). Much better yesterday, even better today. Still feel something but manageable. Training today was awesome, and I am still in puss mode apparently - I think I'm stronger than this. All looked good, even easy on video.

This day sucks. Its shitty and rainy, I'm depressed and tired and now told, sorry, just file for unemployment. No one has any idea what will happen. I guess the help is only for South Carolina. My NJUI claim is still "PENDING" 3 fucking weeks.
30 days in the hole; nonessential construction is now halted, state & county parks are now closed, can't get food without masking up. And people are still, 'yeah I'm going home for the holiday. it'll be just us.' ???? (WHY are we staying home and masking up again???) 'hydrogen peroxide kills the virus on surfaces, so if we breathe it in....' (????? what the fuck?). I've just HAD it.
My training sucked, hip flexors/back said no to more DL not sure what's up there, and I misgrooved last bench rep stuck 8 inches off my chest probably lack of leg drive - REALLY??? Canned the session there.
