Week of 5/18/2020 W1 D1 Still suffering from the yard work, but this was light and went ok. RDLs probably too light, better light than not.

Your plan looks good. You can't always go all out.

    Week of 5/18/2020
    D2
NJ is starting to reopen; governor keeps saying business must comply with safeguarding and guidelines - and not saying exactly what that is. Social distancing & masks?? If work reopens maybe I can do it from home; kind of nice watching deer, fox, rabbits, cows from my setup - haven't seen the bears yet.
Kind of an easy day. Other than the pump.

    Ab Wheel work....arrrggh.

My long levers make it extremely difficult to perform them from anywhere but the knees.

Same. I look at these people sometimes doing incredible things, they're packed with muscle - and realize this person's like, 5'2". Yeah. I'm not built for weightlifting leverages, especially with such a long torso. But I have a wheel, so might as well use it now.

I've heard nothing from my gym about reopening; we're at the point in NJ now, we're having gym wars. A Camden gym owner opened in defiance, the state fined him for two or three days, and now today it's reported the state shut him down again.

Shouldn't the state be working on the unemployment system etc etc etc - everything in the state that's BROKEN and been blatantly ignored, rather than shutting people down and then begging for federal money to replace the taxes? My coworker's town notified him that he has to report to them any movement he makes (because of the positive covid in March - it was after I wasn't feeling well, we probably all had it, he was the only nervous Nelly who insisted on a test).

Life in the great state of Taxas! 'Murica!

    5/22/2020- walking.

SO MUCH FOR HONESTY. The NJ DOL/unemployment system doesn't work on the web. I received $50 for doing a quick social media graphic last week and I claimed it. I should just have fucking lied like everyone else. Now I'm getting the third degree and emails that I MUST get this questionnaire in by a certain date/time, but the system doesn't work so it's impossible to get it in. And, I got ripped off of last week's benefits - IDK why, I certified - it just never hit the bank.
Is there a way to change my forum name to Yossarian?????

wo 5/18/2020 D4 Spoto press, never done, stayed conservative (ok, easy). Front raise, I had 5's and 2.5's, I could try a bigger plate with two hands I guess, used what I had, still was a little burny by end of last set. Everything else was ok, I just am sore.
