    Week of 5_25_2020 D1 No sleep. Didn't seem to have the effect I thought. Will decrease volume if I have to; 2 days or so of spring and now its hot and humid - today's training was a pleasant surprise. Starting to think not controlling my lighter squats (dive bombing more or less) was the cause of my trouble?

    Week of 5_25_2020 D3 In the 80s, humid w rain. Short rest but it was ok other than split squat, lowered weight on front squat, rack seemed much better, will slowly get there.

    Week of 5_25_20 D4 Chiro yesterday; I felt great no problems no pains - I should have left well enough alone and cancelled; had to auto regulate rows due to low back pain this am. Maybe I'm too old to grow a muscle. All bench: tighter I am, easier it is.

    Week of 6_1_2020 D1 Under the weather, feels a like a cold? headache, dizzy, hot face (ac last week and then cold? and 90° in two days). Or its covid. Oh well.
