    WO7_6_2020 D3,4 Travel; I don't even know what I'm doing anymore, everything's off...two day catchup today, minus accessories: later, or not - just start fresh this week try to get on track.
    DL 221x5 supposed to be @10, 195x5x3s back really sore from bad positioning in sand pulls; stayed light, probably could do 230, 235 if not more.
    Comp Bench 95x6x5s
    Squat 130x6x3s Detrained some; I may try LOW bar (hurts my shoulders just thinking of it)
    Covid19 and the Goldman Sachs liberal Murphy. Something's very wrong here.

    Noticed the top of me seems to be leaning out; I've lost a little weight, am battling sciatica atm, & doing a cleanout so skipping some lunches; this was between hauls. It's a god-send that I lift. The neighbors, just staring as I heave/lug dishwashers, huge end tables, sofas, trundle beds, furniture, lawn tractors, mattresses, up & down stairs, outside, pick it up to put in my truck alone....
    I never see their wives.

    Dont be discouraged, eating less and manual labor in this heat will do that.

    I'm not discouraged yet. que sera. Yesterday I took a truckload of old furniture to the dump; strangely all f150-250s with guys, all except the one next to me older, the older ones putting on little gloves, and struggling with plastic trash bags, old office chairs.... there I am, the only old ladyl, THROWING a chaise lounge bigger than me etc, into the dumpster. Probably sounds strange but I enjoyed throwing heavy things so they land on the other end of the dumpster. Probably a hint that a training day is due!!!

    Block3 W1, D3&4 7_19_2020 Massive cleanout + massive stress continue - up all night Friday, and having to take dog and be not in the house at times; My body is beat - I had nothing at all today, disappointing.
