    Block3,w4,D1 8_4_2020 During Hurricane Isaias; entire neighborhood became a lake; some wind, branches down and by 4pm - gorgeous sun. Generator's on the trickle charger (knock wood.) Sold old pairs of 20kg, 15kg, 10#, 35# last night; guy asked if I had a barbell (sorry) - about 100 responses to my ad!

    B3,W4,D2-3 8_8_2020 Life stress, kind of in limbo right now; and no time. Yesterday woke with the same kind of sore right hip, feels like something pulled on the front inside of my hip. The left side/sciatica is gone but this now on the right. Hip flexor? I don't remember doing anything to cause it.
    Will be moving to 3/wk training due to stress/time restraints; I have a hummingbird feeder; whether in my BR, my office, the LR - the birds come to say hi, hover outside the window looking at me; if I stand by the feeder, they come and hover next to me. Is this common? I don't get it.

    B3,W4,D4 8_9_2020 NJ gyms are asking us members to write to the NJ governor to beg for openness. I told my gym - just open. This is ludicrous. A big reason for leaving willowdale...

    B4,W1,D2 8_14_2020 Finally slept 7 hours last night. Could have gone up on top bench set; engineer shows up for perc test, machine does not. ugh. I tested negative for covid antibodies - I'm assuming I was attacked and repelled my old coworker's cookie-sars cov2 germs. I'm flipping my hip/back aches off.

    B4,W1,D3 8_16_2020 DL stayed lighter. Spoto, I thought I was @8, others said @7; not pushing enough on bench?...maybe 60 is too old. The Capitals. Oy.

    B4,W2,D1 8_18_2020 strange days; water pump on my truck went. AAA said they could tow it, but would have to leave my dog and I behind. Covid. ?? Easy day today, and I low-barred; low bar might be better for my strange build...with consistency I think I could get the bar lower, and I should probably look down and forward a little more; I'm not doing much olympic lifting anyway. IDK what's the correct depth??
