Yeah, that Low Bar can beat up the front of your shoulders.

    1) At last it's not in your elbows - that really sucks

    2) It will go away to a degree, but you'll see it show up in your Bench performance.

    3) Rotate Hi Bar and Low Bar...maybe invest in a Safety Squat Bar.

    4) I forget, do you compete? If not, don't kill yourself to do Low Bar. Have fun...

IDK I seem to have my right hand narrower, I'll have to see. I will rotate eventually, after I get LBBS down; there is no room for weights/bars etc where I'm going so it'll depend on the gym. I haven't competed since state weightlifting meet in 2015, I think - I "won" (with a back injury - no one else my age or weight). I might compete if I ever learned to lift decently and there were other 60yo ladies competing (doesn't seem likely!)

B5,W3,D4 9_25_2020 Loading a lot of stuff yesterday/today (200 & 250# sashes, wth? too awkward for me, my SO picked up/moved alone); no sleep. Just trying to train/not brood about losing so much; could cry thinking I was TNG benching 130 for reps this time last year (really - its on video!) Pandemic shutdown white-haired moment: I don't understand the sense of NJ/Murphy with gyms - let's make more people weak and unfit?? Another round of moving tomorrow. Tired. Stamkos, inspiring.

I sure give credit for moving and training at the same time.

B5,W4,D1 seems to be getting easier yet still hurts. I feel like the Goldilocks of LBBS depth - still looking for "just right".

B5,W4,D2 Sore low back and shoulders. HBBS today; DL I realized my bar drift off the floor is due to shoulders too far forward, fixed it.
Found a place where I'm moving, walked in it was all cardio and old ladies my age swinging tiny dumbbells. I told the trainer I just need a rack, bench, place to DL - he took me through to "the back". Squat rack, smith machine, bars, dumbbells, benches even a dl platform. Relieved, I don't think I can bring my setup, too small where I'm moving.

Dump run yesterday, lifting hauling etc. My absentee ballot, requested beginning of August, GOT LOST IN THE MAIL. More dumped mail. Could Trump have been right?! go figure. Guess I'm going to the county clerk's office.

If your still in NJ on election day I guess your still allowed to vote in person even if you requested an absentee ballot. Glad to hear you found a suitable gym.
