USB2, W1, D3 12_30_2020 Struggling with a small back tweak, probably need the Chiro. Breaking 215 off the floor hurt so took 205 as DL 1@8. Leg press just hurt.
    DL 205x1 @8, 185x4 @8, 170x4x3s
    Comp Bench 106x1 @8, 96x4 @8, 86x4x3s
    Leg Press 90x8 @6, 140x8 @7, 160x8x3s @8
Trainer stopped me to say I'm really strong (still got a long way to go but a nice compliment anyway).

Trainer said everyone else in the gym's commenting on my strength. Maybe the trainer's looking for clients, idk.

Happy New Year to you. I think the trainer is just being honest. Although I don't go to a gym any longer, when I did go there where for sure some super strong ladies like Linda Jo Belsito, but for the most part most ladies never hit the iron too hard. Take what he says as a compliment.

I once scared the shit out of her at a meet in Moorestown when I called for 50k (snatch). LOLOL.
I missed it. She is an excellent C&Jer

Its the beginning of a new and hopefully better year. Just think even small increases will add to better numbers by next year.

Haven't slept well last two nights. Everything felt crap, surprised myself on TNG.

DB Incline 25x10 @6, 30x10 @7, 35x8 (@9 weight for 10, not a strength issue, just right shoulder was tight).
