I'll keep it in mind; pretty sure it's degenerative changes, possibly accelerating now that I have menopause. I'm not very lucky!

Trouble catching my breath. New Chiro Wednesday; adjusted my lower extremities, said it could be a misalignment making knee worse. Meh. Tired of being the weakest one.

Knee definitely felt much better last night and today, maybe Chiro was right? Started feeling it a little after the DL 195 set, so, I cut backoff sets in half.
Maybe too old now for that kind of DL volume, after squats? Or its just an odd thing; back to chiro Monday; anyway I'll probably have another gym layoff due to finally, finally, finally moving.

175x5@6, 185x5@7, 195x5 @8, 185x3 was going to cut backdowns anyway, gym staff that hollers at me when I DL cut right in front of me (also has came over with the vacuum when I have a heavy weight on my back before). I lack focus!!!

Knee, meh. Both still are annoying, left one more so with what feels like stretching down the back of my calf; didn't hurt during the DLs.

Interrupted a guy lying in the only squat rack, I knew he wasn't dead because he was doing flutter kicks, scissors, all kinds of core things in his sleep.

My left knee was weird weird weird. Squatted anyway.
After training, I did foam rolling, used lacrosse balls, and stretched - holy f-ck! My entire left quad is an extremely painful knot - all the muscles hurt like hell all over, did TFL, ITB, hip and glutes. Ouch. Ouch. OUCH!

I have little to no patience with people wasting time in the Squat rack.

I had an encounter at my old gym with a couple of guys who were doing much the same thing your fellow was up to. We only had one rack.

No amount of explaining could convince them to go out to the aerobic area to do their jazzercise shit, as that's what that area was for. They had to set up in, and around the Squat rack. So I just moved their shit, and ignored their protestations.

Once I got 315 on the bar, they stopped squawking...

I need to put a day between squats & DLs again, not terribly hard but back fatigue = shit rep; not sure if I IG'd it. Pleasant surprise on bench. My knee is MUCH much better, can't believe it was all from quads/hips being knotted but it seems to have been the case, hip is a little achy - we'll see. This will be a weird week, as my final "move" should be after my house closing on Thurs./Fri. It'll be nice to not be a burden!

Lacrosse ball everything again, and couch stretch on bad knee felt wonderful.
Knee hurt during squats, still much better than it was.
The one thing I know about the injury is that I don't know. Could be many things, I'll just wait and see try not to aggravate it.
    bw 173, today.
