    Well. Today was pretty much a shit show and I need to focus even when I'm tired (3 hrs last night). Somebody watching my warmups, so embarrassing.

    Squat
    170xF (right side plates got 1.5 inch out on unrack, I figured they're not gonna slide: hammer polyurethane shit all slid off in the hole and broke my glasses that were on the floor).
    Did it over, missed 3/4 up, wth, lifted my head ?? 135x3, 135x5x4s (kept hitting the safeties)
    Press 75x1 @8, 62x5x5s
    CGBP 65x8, 75x8, 85x8x3s
    Knee felt ok, back issues persist.
    And also a lot of my squats were too deep!

    All nice and easy.
    Knee has been pretty good. The back, IDK what it is. Didn't annoy doing deadlifts (on the platform). Didn't want to overload knee so skipped leg press.

    Lat Pulldowns 85x12, 70x15, 70x12 didn't realize the listed weight at this gym was halved, hence the 85 was labeled 42.5
    A guy I saw DLing last week came in, and I told him as he was setting up that the bar he was loading in his jack was a girl's bar (15kg). He then checked MY bar (20kg), replaced his bar, struggled w/the rep, and then took a 70# jump and failed 315. I should know by now to shut up.

    Girl doing hip thrusts couldn't have been out of her 20s, clapped and cheered after my first DL downset, told me she wished she looked like me when she deadlifts - this is the third time a young girl has said that, and I still don't know what they mean by it? My back seems to be doing better.

    Skipped front squat as a third exercise, knee still feeling good. Then I got a half hour massage from the gym Stretchologist. She also gave me a 15 min. trial stretch - interesting; she strapped parts of me down and then stretched me. She could get more stretch out of me than I could do by myself (itb, adductors, low back).
