Overshot press and bench today - felt weaker probably accumulating fatigue. I also drove 4 hours yesterday, and babysat, which included jogging after a 3 year old on a scooter, reason I did this off til today. Can't remember the last time I ran, should try to incorporate SOME cardio again I suppose.

Skipped extra high bar squats.
Feel like crap, headache, probably due to easter ham/leftovers - wayyyy too much salt.
Also got Pfizer covid shot yesterday - I don't know, don't think its necessary, but ? they say can't travel without it, wth. meh.
Felt tired but better today bp was normal yesterday maybe it was the covid vax. Also got news that my old co worker, a 73yo predisposed (had every issue known, I'd told her she shouldn't be working especially reception - but owner told her no need to worry she won't get it)....passed away from covid the day I got my vax. I couldn't help her, should just shut the fuck up.

The squat single, young guy next to me OFFERED to video; was so taken aback I was a tiny bit loose but it was fine. He said he sees a lot of guys have trouble squatting that at correct depth. Met a bunch of guys ± 10 years of my age during training; maybe developing camaraderie. It was like lala land today.
