DL 215x1 @8, 195x3x3s
Comp Bench 117x1 @8, 113x2, 113x1, 113x2 (got a video/spot on 117 from the same two young guys as last time)
Gave blood yesterday, then moved a bunch of heavy furniture (SO last night: "where's that heavy thing? you picked it up and put it up in the truck and back out yourself?? yowza") It was my daughter-in-law and I.
Out of milk so fasted this am on top of fatigue, had to auto regulate down on DL (back said no to 225), and IDK what I did on my bench setup that resulted in a sloppy rep 1, and a wild misgroove couldn't save rep 2. Bar path and a mindful tight setup; so important.
Live to lift another day; sometimes I think I'll never get back where I was.

I guess this was Rip was talking recently..All I can say for sure is wether you call it training, exercising or maintaining it sure is better than sitting around doing nothing.
Kids coming for the weekend, figured to do a tiny bit of the last day of the week, knowing I'll be tired and won't be back til Monday.
It's getting too much, back to back days for me.
Meant to go up to 160 for pin squat but my knee started not liking it. Old and weak. Skipped WG bench.

LBBS 180x1 @8.5-9?, 143x5x5s
Press 75x1 @8, 62x5x5s
CGBP 65x8 @6, 75x8 @7, 85x8x3s @8ish (today)
Everything hurt, trained during a huge storm it was pitch black out. Right shoulder's been bothering, didn't try press 80, failed 78 (it hurt), 75 was easy, go figure. Back to 5x5s this week.
IDK what it is but the vacuum seems to be linked to my top single/set there. TopSingleWithVacuum. I'll either switch training time or learn focus, I guess.
All the MSM publicized police shootings lately; wth? The only thing going to prevent a lot of these is giving LE a crystal fucking ball. Such a shame.
