    Very tired today, life.

Whelp, today I got the most badass compliment ever. I asked the gym manager/trainer for a spot on my top bench set; after he told me, "that is probably the best bench press I've EVER seen in this gym - that bar path!"
I may be getting competent in my old age. Thanks, Blue Book!

    175x1 @8ish? 155x5 @8, 160x5 @9
    Press 75x1 @8, 66x5 @8, 68x5 @9
    Comp Bench 115x1 @8, 101x5 @8, 103.5x5 @9
    No backoffs.
So this was totally screwed up, one of those off days, life stress all weekend, everything hurt, couldn't find the squat groove - my last warmup single was waayyy too deep and the 175 was MAYBE to depth by the thickness of my yoga pants. Should have manned up to 180.

I'm going to have to restart texting myself my attempts looking at excel on the phone with bad eyesight is not working.
I should have done 4's at @8 & 9 after top singles for lbbs and press, and should have floor pressed instead of comp bench (that's Wednesday). the 115 was ok, spotter thought it was 3 seconds, I thought it was a suspect 1s. Oh well.

All in all, felt like crap with a messed up head when I got there, and left feeling much better.

Not feeling at all well today, dizzy headache and nauseated; low back is sore. Not looking forward to that second covid shot tomorrow - I'm getting it because of family pressure. Ugh.

    Floor Press Desperately seeking @9, quit while I was still conscious. 70x8 @7, 80x8 @8, 90x8 @8, 100x8 @ maybe 8.5? wth - I couldn't pull, but I could push. Shouldn't I have some kind of muscle, somewhere??

HBBS 135x5 @6-7, 142x6 @8ish (covid counting? people in the mirror throwing me off), 147x5 @9ish
    TNG Bench 100x6 @7, 103x6 @8, 107x6 @closer to 8 than 9 due to misload, should have been 108, probably could do 109-110 now.
    DB Bench 25sx10, 30sx10, 40sx10 @9ish
I need to start doing arms upper back and cardio again, and stop being such a damned old pussy.

Had the 2nd covid shot (now my 80+ yo parents will see me); headachy yesterday, feeling tired today (hoped for HBBS 155) but then realized haven't done HBBS in a looong time, and it is harder now - worst thing about them was trying to keep my chest UP, look UP, not use my hips - and seeing all the guys on the machines in the room behind me in the mirror, watching me (they're probably blind now). LBBS is so much easier w/my weird figure, I'm glad I finally learned it. Thanks again, Blue Book!

and done. First time in a looooong while I've just ended/left a session like that. Completely fried and depressed with the continuing consequences of Covid lockdown on my life; Murphy stomped on that sandcastle and washed it completely away. Winding up in Florida w/DeSantis - its MUCH better than NJ. Just gotta survive to thrive here.

Slight overshoot. I'll attribute it to missing 2 bench sessions, and moving 3000# concrete yesterday, plus 100 ft + stairs farmer carry w/2 big spackle buckets full of broken tile (WHY is the handle a tiny metal wire, its not THAT heavy - but needs a better handle). The sun here, when its 90°+, takes its toll.

    LBBS 140x6 @6, 143x6 @7, 147x6x3s solid doable @8
    Press 60x6 @6, 64x6 @7, 66x6x3s @8 (last set >8)
    Comp Bench 93x6 @6, 97x6 @7, 100x6x2s @8, 100x5 miscount, @9 anyway
Remembered who I am (nobody cares, work harder.)
