Sometimes you can count construction as your workout, just sayin.

Using the elbows back bend the bar and brown dog's cues for DL. Seemed better, stayed lighter to get it right. IDK my right shoulder/chest is wigging a little misgrooved my last press rep the other day. Stayed light on tng and skipped dumbbell press. Lifting is going to be crazy next week too due to end of school. Can't wait to be more consistent.

Squat: all ok, just fatigue from deadlifts yesterday, autoregulated. Didn't do 8 @7 because I was already at 8 with 125! My knees don't like so many reps.
Bench: Couldn't pinpoint rpe right away, probably could have gone higher than 90 without the extra sets. Makes me wonder what kind of leg drive I really am getting :-( Must be an article about that around here somewhere, optimizing leg drive in bench.
GPP block; I'm learning that I can DO it all, but I'm not tolerating the volume as well as I used to, IDK if its my new life stress or what, but I'm addressing it already by skipping some sets, probably need adjusted programming altogether somewhere down the line. We'll see.

One thing about getting older is that the pain does not go away it just moves somewhere else. You are still doing great!

Thanks - I’ll have to confess to rd, who is my age, that I took Advil before the session! At this point I should be a stockholder. But I no longer panic - it’s just, meh, I’ll deal with it. Still weaker than everyone else on the board...and the guys in the gym; gives me something to aspire to.

Hey Deb, if I’m rd, then my hats off to you. Actually it is whether I am or not.
I get inspiration from your log, and all those sets and reps.
Haulin sakrete! Then not skipping your workout.
    That’s the spirit.
