    225x1 @8 205x5 @9? or 8. Hard to go slow. Starting to think my too long back is the cause of not flat.
    Comp Bench 120x1 @8, 110x5 @9
    Surprised myself, 120 was pretty easy, as was 110. Between that and presses I guess I'm slacking.
    Huge back muscle pull this morning lower left T something, I was doing NOTHING. Trained anyway. still is there, hurts more w/twisting, hopefully goes away soon. Chiro tomorrow.

    New Chiro update to remember: right ribs 1-2-3 plus subscap all locked up. occipital/atlas out. Plus a sacral/lumbar issue. So, no real rotator cuff issue its radiating pain from brachial complex. She's really good. I can turn my head! Hopefully the adjustment doesn't detract from my newfound superpowers in press/bench *eyeroll*.

    (I KNOW <stretching and Chiro are bogus/useless>; as stated mostly by young people. Its like the sod guys at my house - "no, really, you really do NOT look like your age - how old do you think we are?" "you, you're 36 or 7, he's, hmm - 29, and him - he's 25" "you pegged it! how'd you know" "kids your age. Thanks, I no longer consider 'you don't look your age' a compliment now that I realize the speaker is just too young to know")

    130x6 @7, 135x6 @8, 140x6 @9 Breathing was hard on these by 140, like cardio!
    TNG Bench 105x6 @7, 108x6 @8, 112x5 Misgrooved rep 5, waaaayy out front so much harder, kind of rushed and missed rep 6
    Forgot the safeties, good thing I don't bench big weight. Well, I tried it, s/b @9, would have been @9.5 or @10 anyway, probably due to 120 the other day. There was a young girl benching 75 like 5x5, then 85 for 3 and 2 - impressed!
    Floor Press AMRAP 95#: 12, 85x12x2s
    Lat Pulldown 80x12x3s

    Yep.
    Chiro and so tonite say I should not lift “til your backs straightened out.” WTH your back constantly moves!
    So dL causes a jacked back? Or a slightly jacked back caused a slight rounding in a sub maximal dL - but back feels better after dL ing.
    Guess what I’m gonna do??

    Expected 125 to be hard, it wasn't - the video, I'm like a daddy longlegs, not a great WLing build, but bench is coming back.
    No pull downs today, machine was in use;
    I miss having weights at home!
